Dezign Bureau is led by Sabina Surugiu, a fashion growth and market access specialist with over a decade of experience operating inside luxury fashion ecosystems across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Sabina has worked across commercial initiatives, market development and strategic collaborations involving luxury retail groups, international distributors, fashion industry organisations and premium brands globally — including Al Tayer Group, Chalhoub Group, Simon Ventures, CFDA and the FHCM.

Brands come to Sabina for a partner who understands how the industry actually works — the relationships that open markets, the positioning that attracts the right partners and the strategic clarity that turns ambition into international growth.
